THE JOB:
The primary responsibility of the Surveillance Technician is to maintain the CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) system. The Surveillance Technician contributes to an environment of collaboration in which Surveillance supports partner departments in providing outstanding service to all guests. Providing both customers and employees with a safe and secure gaming experience by creating accountability to company policies and procedures as well as appropriate laws and regulations.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Install, program, and maintain the entirety of the CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) systems. Including but not limited to: Analog/Digital Video Matrix, Network Recording solutions NVR's, and Cameras.
  • Install, program, and maintain Access control and video analytic systems
  • Familiar with Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications (XP, Windows server 2003, Linux, Apple OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Viso)
  • Complete administrative tasks using various technology and software
  • Able to clime ladders or use lifts to extreme heights

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or GED

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Two (2) year of low voltage experience
  • Working knowledge of NVR/DVR's, Networks, CCTV Cameras, Fiber Optics, UTP Cat5/Cat6 & RG-59 cables and infrastructure standards
  • Effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
  • Proficiency of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • Ability to distinguish colors of various electronic equipment and wires
