Responsibilities
- Monitor audit reports, risk management liability incidents, and variances via audit reports to identify developing patterns
- Coordinate with surveillance and security teams to investigate theft, develop cases, notify law enforcement, and provide evidence for prosecution
- Ensure adherence to state gaming regulations and policies, and coordinate tasks with various departments
- Oversee daily surveillance operations functions, monitor daily logs and reports, and communicate with department managers
- Conduct floor observations and interview suspects in potential theft incidents, testifying in court as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino surveillance, security, loss prevention, or a related law enforcement profession, and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory of experience required
- Strong computer and technology skills, including Excel, Word, eConnect POS, Genetec VMS, and CIP report writing system
- Strong knowledge of P&P in all departments that handle currency as well as product and goods
- Must have a strong knowledge of cheating techniques performed at the table games including Advantage Play, Card Counting, Shuffle tracking, Dice manipulation, Card marking, daubing, bending, switching, edge sorting, hole carding, wheel clocking and bias in Roulette, and dealer and player collusion
- Must be able to learn systems utilized in the surveillance room including Aristocrat Oasis, eConnect POS, CIP report writing software, IDvisor, Biometrica, Everi, and Genetec VMS
- Reid or Wicklander Zulwaski interview and interrogation certification is a plus
