Form of workConcord, North Carolina– Cabarrus Eye Center (CEC) is seeking a fellowship trained Surgical Retinal Specialist to help with an established patient volume within our practice.
We are the area’s only multi-specialty practice in one location with 7 MDs and 2 ODs. Our MDs include the following fellowship-trained specialties: retina, glaucoma, cornea, pediatrics and oculoplastics. We also have two general ophthalmologists. Three of our doctors also perform cataract cases with an annual volume of 3,000 cases. The practice has an extensive OD referral network covering a 4-county area with population of 500,000+. Two skilled photographers; experienced retina technician, scribes and support staff.No hospital call.
Concord NC is located 25 miles northeast of Charlotte, NC in the Charlotte Metropolitan area with a major interstate and an international airport is within a 35-minute drive. Recreational activities include the NFL Carolina Panthers, NBA Charlotte Hornets, NASCAR racing and several performing arts venues. Lake Norman, the state’s largest recreational lake is in close proximity. CEC is a high volume clinical and surgical practice, well established in the community for over 60 years.
We are a physician-owned practice with an equal share among all of the partners. There is an opportunity for partnership after 2 years with a reasonable buy-in. We are offering a competitive salary and benefit package.
