Job Description: Provide assisting skills in retraction and suctioning, and providing exposure, sutures skillfully in all varieties of surgical cases. Communication with surgeon continuously and as needed about patient condition.

Qualifications: Overseas foreign medical doctor preferred*/ RNFA certified /Graduate of an accredited Surgical Assistant or Surgical Technologist First Assistant program Certification preferred upon hire Current BLS required Available variable hours of the weekday

Job Summary: Under the direct and indirect supervision of the attending physician and in a cohesive manner with all surgical staff functions in a surgical assist role. The Surgical Assistant assists the team in providing quality individualization patient care during all phases of the patient’s surgical experience.

Requirements: Physically demanding, high stress environment Exposure to blood, body fluids and tissue, communicable diseases, chemicals, radiation, and repetitive motions Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients Manual and finger dexterity Hand and eye coordination Standing and walking for extensive periods of time Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs. Working under stressful conditions

Experience:Work experience as Surgical Assistant or RNFA in united state(working credit outside USA will not be considered extra) preferable with robotic surgery experience with certification .

Job Types: Full-time, PRN, Part-time, Contractors.

1/Licensed Surgical Assistant in Va

2/ History of work in USA hospital or surgery center for minimum 1 year.

• 8/10/12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift in certain facilities
• rotating On call
• rotating Weekend availability

All employees have to wear mask all time inside any facility.

Education:

• Certified Surgical Assistant.

Experience:

• Surgical Assistant: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Licensed Surgical Assistant in Va.
• BLS Certification
