Surgical Acute Account Manager (New Health Care Company)

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2024. We will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Surgical Acute Account Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Meeting and developing relationships with key stakeholders in your assigned territory
- Meet quota goals through education, strategy and presentation of products assigned to you
- Attend surgical cases providing support and best practices wherever needed
- Be present at your key accounts daily providing visibility and support to Residents, PA’s, WOCN’s and any clinical staff wanting/needing more education and knowledge regarding products and services
- Gain understanding of clinical best practices utilizing the many clinical studies that support the use of our products
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3) years of Operating Room experience in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of Operating Room experience in a private, public, government or military environment
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Current, valid Driver’s License
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Knowledge working with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce

Work location:Remote
Travel: May include up to 10%, however not included in that is daily territory travel.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $107,535 - $131,432, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
