Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Preparing specimens for testing in lab.
- Data entry, sorting, triage, packing, tracking, shipping.
- Preparing nightly reports.
- Keeping track of production.
- Assisting supervisor with tasks and projects as assigned.
- QA record keeping, problem solving.
- Keeping department stocked of supplies and equipment.
- Training accessioning staff, and scheduling for department needs.
