We are looking for a Support Representative for our growing monthly Wash Club Subscription Service. This position is responsible for responding to and documenting customer technical inquiries via phone calls and email.
Schedule:
Position is full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday – Friday
Wage: $20 - $22/hour
Primary Duties:
- Support Wash Club subscription program.
- Answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to the Wash Club program.
- Support customers via phone and email.
- Support recurring monthly subscriptions
- Back up front desk reception as needed.
- Miscellaneous clerical duties as needed.
- Proven computer skills
