Bretoi, Lutz & Stele, House Counsel A Multiple-Line Insurance Organization is currently seeking a Support Attorney to join our team!
Essential Job Responsibilities:
As a Support Attorney at A Multiple-Line Insurance Organization, you will provide support on files. Responsibility includes responding to discovery, requesting further discovery responses, legal research, law and motion, summarizing medical records and discovery, attending court appearances and depositions.
Education:
Law degree and admission to the Bar in the state(s) where practicing
Experience:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to represent client and Company interests in litigation.
• Able to effectively direct legal support staff in daily operations to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned work.
• Able to work independently with minimum direction and good organizational skills needed to manage a reasonable caseload.
• Requires a law degree and admission to the California Bar. Must also reside in the geographic region where the office is located.
• Preferred 0-5 years insurance defense or personal injury experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
