Job Description – Support Associate
The Support Associate role is part of the store’s overall success and efficiency during a high-volume period and supports our brand commitment to provide products to our customers.
Our peak season is when we see the most amount of Coach customers and we are looking for passionate brand ambassadors to add to our store teams!
Among other things, individuals in this role will:
- Maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness
- Notify Store Management when new product arrives
- Organize and clean stock room daily; to include offsite / remote warehouse as applicable
- Shift/organize product in the stockroom; react to sell through and make room for new product
- Maintain Company Loss Prevention standards
- Regularly analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needs
- Replenish sales floor/assigned zone
- React to sell through and execute visual merchandising needs.
- Support sales floor activities, as directed
- Effectively communicate information pertaining to price points, features/benefits, color and stock availability to multiple customers
- Upkeep housekeeping standards
- Represent Coach brand appropriately
Must be available to work starting from 6am until at least 12pm 2-3 days per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 04 – 19 per week
