You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the INVENTORY ACCURACY OFFICE (28V) of NAVAL MUNITIONS CMD CONUS EAST DIV.Qualifications: To qualify for the SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, GS-2003-12, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience using Ordnance Inventory System Wholesale and Ordnance Inventory System Retail in order to review and evaluate the impact of ordnance transactions;
- Experience in evaluating both field and administrative process against naval supply regulations and ordnance management directives, guidelines, transactions and procedures to ensure compliance;
- Experience with ordnance transactions and reporting, the ability to monitor and investigate transaction records;
- Experience in naval supply classification, stock transactions and their application, administrative and other ordnance related procedures which directly or immediately affect inventory accuracy;
- Experience with conducting independent analyses to identify and resolve difficult problem areas involving naval supply process, work methods, ordnance data management, or day-to-day operational procedures.
