Comfort Zone Camp

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
This position will include ordering and organizing supplies for @ 30 camp programs annually; packing and shipping (@16 large boxes per camp) all supplies needed, as well as tracking items and doing physical inventory counts.
This position requires up to 25-30 hours per week with some flexibility as to days and hours worked.
This position is currently part-time but could grow into a full-time position. We prefer someone who is available to start immediately. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.
The Packing & Supply Coordinator provides support for Comfort Zone Camp programs:
- By managing multiple projects
- By demonstrating organizational and motivational skills
- By executing high levels of communication with team members and leadership
- By collaboratively partnering with other CZC employees to provide an exceptional experience for grieving children and their families.

Camp Supply Coordination
- Purchase all supplies needed for @ 30 weekend camp program
- Pack, label and ship boxes (including coordinate with shipping company)
- Inventory, and manage program supplies
- Oversee return of boxes and supplies
- Manage inventory and storage

Supervisory Responsibility
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional, fast-paced and flexible office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be regularly lifting and moving boxes ideally able to lift at least 45 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are 25-30 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours and days can be coordinated with Operations Director.
Travel
There is no required travel for this position.
Required Education and Experience
This job is open to high school graduates. Some college preferred.
