Supply Delivery

The qualified candidate for this position will make deliveries to J2 Business Products customers with a focus on customer service and timeliness. The Supply Delivery Driver will receive incoming merchandise and organize the packages to ensure an efficient delivery route. The Supply Delivery Driver will deliver items to customers' specifications at each stop. The qualified candidate for this position will make deliveries to J2 Business Products customers with a focus on timeliness and customer service. The Supply Delivery Driver will off-load materials at each stop and deliver and place products to the customer’s specifications. • Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Deliver items to customer's specifications
• Provide timely next-day/same-day deliveries as required
• Obtain customer signatures for delivery
• Capture proof of delivery with an app
• Follow traffic laws and demonstrate safe driving
• Resolve customer issues
• Other operational duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and manage time appropriately to meet deadlines
• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. frequently
