We are looking for a Supply Chain/Warehouse Business Consultant who:

• Participates in all aspects of the implementation solution from the analysis of business requirements to the configuration of applications to meet the customer’s needs, and the configuration of the standard functionalities of the solutions.
• Develops a plan that aligns with customers' goals and objectives.
• Analyzes operational processes and determines the gap between the client's requirements/specifications and the standard functionalities of the proposed solutions.
• Understand and analyze current supply chain metrics, propose the optimal solutions through system tools, implement it and support it.
• Manage network optimization process to mitigate cost and maximize service.
• Understand, identify, and implement different tools to support key supply chain functions and metrics, like forecast accuracy, customer fill rate, inventory reduction, on-time delivery, labor management, inventory turns, warehouse space optimization and cost optimization.
• Supports in the solutions configuration, includes but is not limited to: defining roles and authorizations, creating users and assigning the roles, and defining process and adapt workflows.
• Collaborates with project leaders and the implementation team to ensure understanding of the set-up requirements, business-aligned objectives, and obtains a complete understanding of the current business processes.
• Supports the customer with the transition to the new system.

Job requirements…

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields.
• 3+ years’ experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments.
• Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Planning, MRP processes and best practices.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in Microsoft Projects, preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Excellent communications skills.
• Operational analysis skills.
• Customer services skills.
• Problem solving ability.
