Position Summary:
As a specialist in Supply Chain systems, your main role involves improving the adoption and utilization of all Supply Chain systems within the organization to ensure a reliable and responsive Supply Chain. This includes identifying gaps in organizational understanding and utilization, providing necessary training, implementing underutilized systems, and influencing change management processes.
Critical Success Criteria (CSC’s)
· System Utilization Rate: Increase the organizations use of Supply Chain systems currently available in the organizations tool set. These systems should be focused on increasing our Supply Chain’s reliability and responsiveness as measured by performance against key metrics such as OTIF, DOH etc.
· System Adoption Rate: Increase Adoption rate of Supply Chain systems. Work and train groups on why the tools are useful and how to utilize the tools.
· Cost to Serve: Identify and implement systems that will remove or prevent added cost in our Supply Chain.
Accountabilities
· Develop utilization strategies, priorities, and training to address improvement needs / opportunities in Supply Chain performance specifically focused on driving higher levels of customer satisfaction.
· Acquire deep expertise in all Vivify Supply Chain Systems, from order to cash.
· Utilize the Sandbox system for testing and refining improvements before implementing them across the organization.
· Lead and implement new tools through hands on deployment.
· Provide necessary training and education to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in utilizing Supply Chain systems effectively.
· Develop KPIs to measure Supply Chain Performance. OTIF, DOH, transactional accuracy / efficiency etc.
· Implement and track initiatives that will achieve targeted levels of delivery performance in each business.
· Implement and track initiatives that will achieve reduce cost in the Supply Chain.
· Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including management, employees, and external partners, to ensure alignment with Supply Chain system initiatives.
· Create and implement a process to maintain Supply Chain master data.
· Provide support to IT and the business in rolling out tools to new facilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent operational experience.
· At least 5 years of proven experience in utilizing materials requirements planning (MRP) within an ERP system. Experience with NetSuite is advantageous.
· Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; proficiency in RF Smart is advantageous.
· Knowledge of programming tools like Python and SQL. Practical experience in programming is beneficial

· Proficiency in navigating and utilizing various Supply Chain management systems, including ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other relevant software tools.
· Ability to identify issues within Supply Chain systems and develop innovative solutions to address them efficiently.

· Intellectual curiosity and a passion for understanding system functionalities.
· Willingness to dive into the details and take a hands-on approach when necessary.
· Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of data within Supply Chain systems, minimizing errors and maximizing data integrity.
· Advanced data analytic skills, including analyzing data trends, forecasting, and classifying data.
· Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs; familiarity with Business Analytics and Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with agility in leadership approaches.
· Effective collaboration and teamwork skills, capable of working across multiple functional areas.
· Willingness to travel, with an expected commitment at times of 50%

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
