Your primary mission will be to meticulously place medical supply orders to support our network of IV nutrient therapy clinics. You have the crucial task of ensuring our clinics are always stocked with the necessary supplies, directly impacting the well-being of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place Orders: Proactively manage and place orders with various vendors based on specific client needs.
- Invoice Management: Prepare and dispatch accurate invoices, ensuring a smooth and transparent financial process.
- Shipping Tracking: Keep a close eye on shipping notifications, ensuring that our supplies are on time, every time.
