Overview: We are actively searching for a dynamic and ambitious candidate to join our team, playing a crucial role in supporting the Culligan NA Retail Channel for the ZeroWater and Culligan DIY brands both in the US and internationally. The responsibilities include collaborative forecasting, production planning, and engaging with cross-functional teams globally. The role may also involve supporting and planning for various sales channels, necessitating versatile planning approaches. Additionally, effective inventory management across multiple plants will be a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities:
- Supply Planning: Streamline and optimize the Supply Chain for efficient operations.
- Demand Planning: Analyze market demands and trends to enhance accurate forecasting.
- Forecast Modeling: Apply advanced modeling techniques to ensure precision in predicting various product scenarios.
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Engage closely with sales and marketing teams to align future forecasts and address unforeseen events effectively.
- Inventory Management: Ensure seamless alignment of warehouse and supplier shipments with inventory turnover goals.
- Supplier Forecasting: Provide quarterly updates on component forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Order Management: Support and analyze the redirection of orders when necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work collaboratively with product management, sales ops, and other teams to ensure a well-planned product portfolio.
- Warehouse Analysis:
- Conduct regular analyses for North American warehouses to enhance operational efficiency.
- Optimization Strategies:
- Optimize Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), Days on Hand (DOH), and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ).
- Reconciliation Meetings: Facilitate and manage monthly reconciliation meetings to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Logistics Support: Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize container sizing and enhance overall logistical efficiency.
- Utilization of Pinpoint: Effectively utilize and report on product receipt status through the use of Pinpoint.
- Multi-Site Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for multiple sites, considering unique requirements and challenges.
Requirements:
- One or more years experience as a demand and supply planner.
- Strong experience with utilization of DRP/MRP systems; SAP experience preferred.
- Direct experience utilizing a planning tool, such as Demand Works, Demand Solutions, etc
- Extensive utilization of Excel in conjunction with ERP systems and planning.
- Proven experience developing custom replenishment and forecast models.
- Bachelor's degree (Math, science, engineering, or technically related field)
- CPIM preferred.
- Travel <= 15%
