Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to join our materials management team. The candidate should have Supply Chain Materials Management or related field experience. The job requires a high level of detail getting medical products and equipment delivered and ready for our Medical Staff. Processing Weekday mail and packages and Cardiac Cart QA replenishment. This is a full-time role from 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.

Supply Chain Operations Specialist responsibilities include:

• Establish and maintain appropriate levels mobile equipment and code cart replenishment and mailroom management.
• Troubleshoot and recommend remedies for potential Supply Chain-related concerns.
• Ensure the accurate and timely input of supply departmental metrics and identify areas of improvement.
• Provide exemplary customer service and follow up to day-to-day operations.
• Enforce LGH Policy and guidelines related to mobile medical equipment and the cardiac code carts throughout the facility.

Requirements and skills

• Work experience in materials management or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with handling medical equipment and products.
• Mailroom process experience.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• High school degree.

Salary: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on years of Experience
