About the Role
This position reports directly to the Materials Manager and is responsible for the general and specific job duties of Decostar as described below:
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of the Plan for Every Part, Inventory optimization and layout, for both facilities.
- Perform time studies on the 13 forklift operator positions to identify opportunities to improve efficiency in material movement labor.
- Develop the standard work for the forklift operators to improve productivity and flow in both plants.
- Develop inventory warehouse layout maps for the plant and employee specific positions to accompany the standard work created in the above mentioned.
- Help prepare for ad assist in the annual physical inventory the week of July 1st.
Who we are looking for
- Knowledge of Supply Chain material handling and storage
- Some experience with ERP systems
- Preferred advanced experience in excel (databases, data analysis, etc.)

- Strong math & analytical Skills
- Have a positive "Can do" attitude and be a self-starter.
