Our client, an established, values-driven organization and leader in electrical system solutions for 40+ years, has an opening on their management team for a Supply Chain Director. With offices located in Hutchinson and Wichita, Kansas, the company has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the manufacturing of wire harnesses, battery cables, and electrical panels.

• Responsibility for the Supply Chain department leadership, management, and accountability.
• Ownership of all supply chain related ERP functionality.
• Support of sales process and team
• Responsibility for production forecasting and planning.
• Execution & reporting weekly/monthly on supply chain activities.
• Development of strategy and tactics as part of the planning process.
• Execution of Objectives and Key Results and Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Development of a high-quality supply chain organization – People, Processes, and Property.
• Talent recognition and team development.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing organization
- 8+ years Leadership experience (including a large international team)
- Ability to travel 20-25%
