Summary:
The Supply Chain Coordinator will be a motivated self-starter looking to learn our business but also bringing new ideas from prior experience. As an integral member of the Supply Chain team, the Supply Chain coordinator will assist in the smooth operation of all aspects of our Supply Chain, including materials procurement, data analysis and forecasting, order fulfilment, cost analysis, and various other logistics roles.
The idea candidate is eager to learn and contribute their own ideas, proactively, for how to make process improvements. As this is a junior-level role, training and guidance will be provided but a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to go “above and beyond” are critical.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with vendors and transportation partners to ensure products and materials arrive in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Update and maintain databases related to inventory and shipping timeframes to ensure accurate reporting across multiple platforms.
- Create new reports and track data for leadership to make relevant decisions quickly.
- Analyze product use-up rates to maintain adequate stock levels for raw material and finished inventory.
- Manage a high volume of emails and provide assistance wherever needed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Two more or years in a logistics or supply-chain related role; ideally within the consumer products industry
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; advanced proficiency with Excel
· Experience with Oracle’s Netsuite ERP system is a plus; experience with a similar ERP system is highly desirable
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
· Ability to manage priorities and workflow
· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
