Supply Chain Planner (Contract)
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary:
The main function of a Supply Chain Planner is to extract, triangulate, and analyze demand and supply data from multiple sources. Based on the analysis, the Supply Chain Planner will compile and create reports/metrics using Power BI to communicate and deliver findings. Supply Chain Planner will coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to address and reconcile any data gaps/issues and document any changes and/or call outs where action/help is needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Compile weekly demand/supply data.
- Analyze demand/supply data to identify any shortage or excess.
- Triangulate and reconcile data.
- Create and maintain data reporting/metrics using visualize data in Power BI.
- Building Power BI by extracting data from multiple databases using SQL.
- Run "what if" scenario models using Excel or other tools.
- Setup/coordinate discussions and reviews with stakeholders.
- Document meeting minutes and action items and follow up with owners for closure.
- Identify and document process or tool improvements.
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years Supply Chain experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Pivot tables, Power Pivot, Power Point, Power BI, and SQL.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.

- Pay Range: $35.50 - 40 per hour
