THE POSITION: Supply Chain Analyst (Pompano Beach, Florida)

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible to complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for performance, compliance, and invoicing, which requires report development and analytics. Perform a variety of calculations, analyses, and audits of financial and operational results; typically involves fundamental professional related Supply Chain principles. Analyze operational details to identify potential areas for improvement, savings, or efficiency, including innovative solutions. This is a full-time role with a chance to join a team of senior consultants and accelerate your career! 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and implement Supply Chain optimization projects (e.g. inventory management, strategic sourcing, supply planning and scheduling, etc.)
• Help define business requirements and system configuration specifications (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery)
• Analyze gathered information & data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics & comparative analysis), diagnostic analytics (root cause analysis, gap analysis), predictive and prescriptive analytics (data interpretation, data correlation, forecasting with the use of advanced statistical tools, hypothesis testing)
• Analyze data and summarize results by creating dashboards, graphs, tables, and charts.
• Present findings to stakeholders by creating engaging presentations and clearly written documents incorporating compelling storytelling and visualization best practices.
• Evaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standards.
• Help design, document, and maintain business and system processes.
• Configure the ePIC ERP system and work with internal customers to validate the design (and make changes to help them improve their Supply Chain operations).
• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and make recommendations to improve system design/use.
• Track KPIs and report on the Supply Chain’s performance.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer processes and methods to gather Supply Chain data.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• BSc/BA in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain processes (e.g. inventory, planning, warehouse management).
• Analytical mind with business acumen.
• Problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them to others.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including spreadsheet, reporting, technical research, relational databases, and other ERP systems.
• Ability to quickly build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers.
