Baptist Health is hiring a Analyst, Supply Chain Data to join the Supply Chain team in Coastal Community Health Administration. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located in Jacksonville, Florida. This hybrid opportunity requires you be in the office for 3 days each week.

Responsible for:

• The daily monitoring, coordination, and correction of patient information that flows between the various computerized Baptist Health patient registration systems that feed the Baptist Health patient portal.
• Coordinates correction of entries in the various software systems used by Baptist Health for patients identified as having more than one medical record number.
