You may know us as a company with great food. What you may not know is how our Supply Chain department provides first-class support for over 300 restaurants.
The Supply Chain Analyst will have a significant role in supporting Systems administration and Procurement functions. Your key responsibilities will draw heavily on your data and financial analysis skills. You will be deeply focused on tracking performance, modeling, data analysis, and automation. Your keen attention to detail and analytical capability will support cost management and help guide other team members to draw conclusions based on data and to further develop our procurement strategies.

Responsibilities
- Meet the timetable for generating and distributing reports to internal customers:
- Sustainability, Procurement, Finance, Accounting and Operations
- Support ongoing cost analysis and alternative supplier review – comparative/like product analysis for Category Managers.
- Evaluate various cost savings opportunities.
- Track costs associated with all Food and Non-Food categories within the Supply Chain team’s responsibilities.
- Review historical sales or purchase trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Research and reconcile significant variances and then further refine the forecast model.
- Support commodity managers.
- Perform some administrative tasks – AOP budget and track department expenditures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or demand planning.
- Highly Proficient Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Ability to create analytical spreadsheets and reports.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize, meet deadlines, and be self-motivated.
What we prefer:
- Supply Chain Finance, Data Analytics experience in food service or similar industry. MicroStrategy or SQL proficiency.
