As a Warehouse advisor, you’ll be responsible to collaborate internally with Planning, Procurement, Quality and SAP resources to ensure ingredients quality compliance in the juice Supply Chain. Manage prevention and mitigation of quality systems failures, nonconformance issues with contract warehouses by maintaining GMP Audit program and Gap Analysis for multiple 3P warehouses service providers (raw materials, bases) from Bartow to Apopka, FL that support the national juice Supply Chain (national continuity of supply). Manage Blocked Stock / Short Code Materials Review meetings to mitigate materials loss with tracking and reporting (average combined inventory value of $75-$100mm (raw materials, bases).
Must be Located in Auburndale, FL area.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Perform collection, documentation, and destruction of samples, raw materials. Communicate effectively and thoroughly to management and peers on test results or inspection findings outside of specifications.
- Partner with product supply, supply planning, logistics and transportation teams to influence and resolve order flow concerns.
- Proactively manage releases of incoming ingredients to ensure all receipts have been approved for use.
- Recognize and track trends with customer issues, evaluate and suggest process improvements for product order management and our partners.
- Work collaboratively but often independently on daily tasks and resolve escalations that are diverse in scope using strategic thinking, people and company resources.
- Manage Blocked Stock / Short Code Materials Review meetings engaging Planning and Procurement with next steps and responsibilities, escalating as needed.
- Manage warehouse related quality metrics, SOPs, etc. to ensure compliance and performance.
- Maintain GMP Audit program for CFW 3P warehouses, follow-up and validate corrective actions with reporting.
- Train, deploy and maintain the Material Incident Report (MIR) tool and process for CFW sites.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
- Consistently demonstrate leadership qualities
- Work in extreme temperatures for short periods.
- Must have strong research or analytical skills, attention to detail, effective problem solver and influencing skills.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and be empowered to make timely and informed decisions.
- Good computer skills SAP, CIMPRO, EXCEL, OUTLOOK
- Good attendance and performance record
- Know and follow all Goods Manufacturing Process (GMP), safety, attendance, and rules of conduct guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and processes.
