Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Supply & Inventory Assistant who can find satisfaction in supply runs, finding new vendors and suppliers, and who enjoys helping a project come together.

This role involves helping us keep track of materials, making sure we're stocked up on what we need, and finding the best solutions and deals out there. If you like a mix of desk work and getting out and about, this might be for you. If it's a good fit we can and will add some purchasing to the responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Material Runs: Head out to pick up supplies when we're running low, ensuring our builds keep moving without a hitch.
• Sourcing: Find new suppliers, find the best deals on materials we frequently use, help find exactly the right part/tool
• Inventory Tracking: Help us keep our inventory in check with simple but effective tracking methods, making sure we know what we have and what we need.
• Supplier Info Management: Gather and organize contact info and details for our go-to suppliers, making it easy to reorder and check on new products.
• Joining the Dots: Work closely with our build teams to understand material needs, offering support in planning and procurement to keep projects on track.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Enjoys a mix of desk work and being on the move.
• Has a keen eye for detail and a knack for finding things.
• Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• Is comfortable with basic spreadsheet and Inventory software.
• Holds a valid driver’s license for those supply runs.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $20.31 - $24.46 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• After school
• Choose your own hours
• No nights
• No weekends
