Organizational Location: These positions are located in the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, in New York, New York, Seattle, Washington, and Spring, Texas.

You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:
- Overseeing the planning, direction, and timely execution of an administrative program or several administrative program segments.
- Directing a staff of administrative, technical and contract personnel in carrying out a variety of management support operations.
- Establishing and maintaining liaison with other programs and administrative support staff.
- Managing the staffing, hiring, and other support functions within an area of responsibility.
