This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 band encompasses grades 14 and 15 under the General Schedule (GS) system.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes executing actions pertaining to operations management and civilian personnel program management. Conducting various personnel management studies to determine the most efficient office structure. Creating policy for administrative, facility and personnel functional areas and carrying out in-depth analysis of policy and direct impact on program requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS- 13).
