Job description

About the Position: Serves as the single source of authority for all operational policies and procedures that have significant impact on all project office operation Manages several high visibility programs that have profound effect upon delivery of products and services.
This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 band encompasses grades 14 and 15 under the General Schedule (GS) system.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes executing actions pertaining to operations management and civilian personnel program management. Conducting various personnel management studies to determine the most efficient office structure. Creating policy for administrative, facility and personnel functional areas and carrying out in-depth analysis of policy and direct impact on program requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS- 13).
