Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing a combination of various management services such as personnel, budget, and management analysis; developing budget estimates and justifications ensuring that funds are used in accordance with the operating budget ; analyzing and measuring the effectiveness and efficiency, of the administration of Medical Education of training programs; providing staff advice, assistance, and consultation in response to a wide variety of administrative procedures, taskings, and response to Congressional and Inspector General inquiries. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
