Supervisory Financial Management Analyst

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Budget Formulation & Execution Department of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing recommendations and suggest cost and benefits of alternate methods for effective and efficient use of financial resources; 2) Interpret and review financial policies and guidance to recommend proper course of action on an issue to support funds fidelity and elevate complex issues for further guidance as needed; 3) Assigning work to subordinates based on employee's capabilities, priorities and difficulty; and 4) Devising solutions to problems by developing and or modifying accounting or budgetary methods and techniques.
