Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes leading a team that delivers integrated communications-electronics support to their customers; formulating integrated communications-electronics support strategies by assessing technological needs and resources allocations required to accomplish the mission; and communicating organizational policies, goals, and/or needs to external or partner organizations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS-13).

This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-04 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-14 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-15 grade step 6 in the broadband. This position is subject to the NH-04 Supervisory Director/Deputy Director/Division Chief/Branch Chief control point of the CECOM Control Point Policy. Management will set the pay for this position consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position.Education: Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.Employment Type: FULL_TIME
