Supervisor(Janitorial)

We are looking for a Site Supervisor for our government customer in Miami, Fl at the Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Hospital. Candidates must have a minimum of three years' experience supervising commercial/government healthcare sanitation. Detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures, detailed oriented and customer service skills a MUST. In addition, managing and overseeing cleaning schedule and requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise work activities of janitorial personnel in government environment. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. May purchase janitorial supplies, manage stock level of inventory, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time; Ascending/Descending stairs and required to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
