Position: Supervisor
Location: Waters Car Wash - Winter Springs, FL
The Supervisor will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, training, scheduling, and leading team members, profitably growing the business, maintaining overall location cleanliness and high product quality, and other duties that benefit the company and take care of the guests.
Qualifications
Supervisor should have 1+ years of experience in managing or demonstrated leadership ability and excellent judgment.
High diligence.
Computer skills through Microsoft Office products to effectively balance checklists and operations, managing labor percentages and hitting goals.
Mechanically inclined
An interest in sales or a background in a selling/operations position.
Candidates interested in fast-tracking growth, sales environment.
Must be a High School Graduate / GED.
Must have reliable transportation.
Bilingual / English and Spanish a plus.
Must be customer service and goal oriented.
Has an elevated level of initiative and the ability to drive the business.
Availability to work 40 hours and a varied schedule to meet business needs.
Initiative-taking with effective communication skills, sales, and marketing experience a plus, collaborator.
Ability to perform physical duties and to do so outdoors.
Experience preferred but not required.
Car Wash experience is a HUGE plus.
Duties/Responsibilities
Manage your team of high-quality assistant managers, sales associates, and maintenance professionals.
Drive quality and excellent customer service through the daily management of employees and site programs.
Effectively answers all customer questions and manages complaints.
Manage sales and volume at the site level by directing on-site sales & promotional efforts.
Prepare daily deposits, safe reconciliation, and other reports, as required.
Ensured proper staffing and scheduling for assigned locations.
Ensure all training and development of site staff to company standards.
Appropriately address employee performance issues and recognizes superior performance.
Monitor and manage site through cleanliness, value, equipment operation, and service.
Ensure daily openings and closings are on schedule and standards and procedures maintained.
Create and promote a safe and positive work environment while effectively executing the company safety program.
Sell and cultivate a culture of coaching within your location.
Monitor sales performance and deliver feedback to optimize sales growth.
Train and lead a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Create a positive and high energy environment.
Maintain the site cleanliness and organizational standards.
Maintain equipment, chemicals, and other supply inventory.
Monitor service quality, tunnel operations thus minimizing customer incidents.
Resolve customer complaints promptly.
Maximize sales opportunities while controlling labor costs.
