We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Warranty to join our dynamic team in the Alpharetta GA, as part of the Air Solutions Team!

What you will do
You will be responsible for managing key Service, Commissioning, and Warranty platforms for LG employees and sales channel partners. Provides in-depth analysis and reporting of data related to commissioning, field service and other key aftermarket indicators as directed by supervisor. Candidate will drive MVP (Most Valuable Partner Program) enhancement projects while also supporting continuous improvement projects.
• Manage LG B2B GERP Commissioning program including verification of commissioning results and warranty
• Provide B2B GERP user support for LG Employees and customers
• Management and coordination of commissioning requests
• Develop and maintain department KPIs and systems to drive informed decisions
• Build department business cases including financial and customer impact review
• Build and supply needed warranty claim information as needed for factory review and action
• Liaison with internal LG aftermarket division (LGEAI) - focused on parts and warranty issues
• Partner with stakeholders to create and publish warranty policy guidelines on products coming to market
• Track Service/jobsite activities and provide status reporting
• Conduct monthly analysis and reporting of Field/Call Center team activities
• Management of LG Scrap program
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on SVC/warranty data to internal LG team and customers
• Manage MVP program improvement projects
• Lead department continuous improvement projects
To Be successful you will need
• 4-year College Degree required
• 5 years of aftermarket HVAC support experience
• Must have experience with warranty policy creation and system management
• Must be highly knowledgeable in Salesforce functions and report building
• Must collaborate across all company departments to foster innovation and improvements
• Must be knowledgeable of distributor and commercial applied representatives' service support processes
• Excellent communicator/Detail orientated
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professional relationships in high pressure situations.
• Experience working with 3rd party service vendors, including web-based applications
• Excellent computer skills. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Team Oriented
• Ability to obtain detailed knowledge of products & services, customers, decision makers, sales processes and market trends

Salary Range $75,000- 93,500
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
