Supervisor - Structural Steel Field Construction Fabrication / Welding
Field Fabrication and installation of steel for industrial construction. Supervisory experience. Some metal building work.
Working Structural Foreman
We are looking for a Structural foreman with at least 5 years supervisory experience who has overseen a crew of 5-10. Must be able to read blueprints.
Duties will include:
- Leading a structural crew at industrial construction jobsites.
- Supervise welding of carbon steel materials.
- Knowledge of welding stainless steel and aluminum is a plus.
- Supervise operation of all or some of the follow types of equipment: Cherry picker, carry deck, fork-lift, man lift, etc.
- Solid skills in use of hand power tools and cutting torch.
- Ability to fit structural steel.
- Ability to thread and fit steel pipe.
- Ability to rig structural steel and equipment.
- Responsible for field level implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines as instructed.
Additional Qualifications:
Must have a proven track record of completing work on time & on budget. Must demonstrate leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others. Excellent verbal and written skills is required. Ability to work in a quickly changing team environment is required.

***Monthly vehicle allowance. Candidates MUST HAVE a personal vehicle that is capable of pulling a 14' lowboy work trailer to jobsites.
Pay rate: $34.00/hr to $37.00/hr
