Job description
The supervisor is responsible for training, cleaning, inspecting, and following up on all accounts. The supervisor is accountable for the training, cleaning, reviewing, and follow-up of all charges in a designated territory.

Summary of Essential Position Functions:
- Training new hires on the companys policies and procedures
- Daily recap completed
- Manage housekeeping budgets at each site
- Train and support employees in each facility- Know exactly what they are responsible for and inspect work.
- Performing daily scheduled inspections according to the detailed schedule
- Ensuring inventory is correctly maintained in the building- Order supplies as necessary.
- Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.
- Document all employee time missed and report to the HR department
- Complete Monthly C-Player report with the Area Manager
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Bonus pay
- Leadership: 1 year (Required)
