What you'll be doing:

Responsible for directing, organizing, and overseeing order fulfillment of products. Ensures that order fulfillment functions are completed in accordance with established quality and production standards. Completes related paperwork and support duties. Communicates with purchasing and inventory to ensure that supplies and inventory are at appropriate levels. May set up machinery and ensures that machinery operates properly. Assists with other production activities as needed. Assists in evaluating production technician and coaches toward improvement. Ability to perform the duties of Production technicians/Team Leads when needed. Handles more complex line functions. Troubleshoots non-conformance of product order fulfillment and delivery.

What we are looking for:

• Production functions are completed in accordance with Company standards and procedures. Procedures are reviewed and updated as needed.
• Established production and quality standards are met or exceeded. Production is efficiently scheduled and coordinated with related area functions.
• Effective communication and coordination exist with Company personnel and management. Assistance, direction, and support are provided as needed.
• Production Techs 1, 2, and 3 as well as Team Leads are efficient, effective, and properly trained as evidenced by quantitative and qualitative department standards.
• Able to operate production machinery
• Computer literate to include MS Office
• Solid decision-making skills
• Cooperative and willing to assist others
• Strong Supervisory abilities
• Excellent attendance
• Assumes responsibility for organizing, directing, and overseeing the correct and timely completion of order fulfillment functions.
• Assumes responsibility for ensuring that production functions are conducted in accordance with department policies and procedures.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining good communication, coordination and working relations with Company personnel and management.
• Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
