The PA Operations Supervisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, supporting our clinical team, and collaborating on operational projects. The candidate will be an integral part of the team with and will be responsible for timely communication, data entry, execution of operational tasks, and ensuring positive patient and client experience.
ResponsibilitiesTrack and report weekly case cancellation reports
Support scheduling team and clinical managers on urgent coverage conflicts.
Communicate regularly with medical office staff on service availability, patient satisfaction, and operational needs.
Work closely with clinical managers and assist with communication to physicians and employees as needed.
Escalate client or patient issues to Director for resolution.
Support Director of Operations in implementing payment structure for services which may include training medical offices, speaking directly with patients, reporting, tracking, and collaborating with other company departments.
Assist Operational team with onboarding of clinical contractors. Oversee process of contractor invoicing and payment.
Perform case audits to ensure cases have not been missed
Work closely with clients to obtain documents and EMR access
Facilitate implementation of operational improvements through organization of relevant partners
Check, review, or prepare records, reports, forms or other documents of various kinds pertinent to assigned function(s); personally, investigates complicated problems or errors
Manage and lead special assignments and projects
Assist with administrative duties
Continuous analysis and monitoring of client accounts
Answer phone calls and e-mails in a timely and professional manner
Report and provide status updates on operational projects.
Work closely with operational and clinical team on orientation of new clinical employees to include oversight of credentialing process and possible start date delays.
Collaborate with Human Resources as needed.
Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's Degree

Physical and Mental Demands
This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
