Responsibilities
Manages and supervises the operation of the anatomic pathology histology laboratory. This position oversees the processing, digital pathology and consult practice departments of the Pathology Laboratory. Incumbent may be required to spend a portion of time performing routine service work.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college/university in histology, biology or having emphasized anatomical, biological, and chemical sciences required and a minimum of 4 years histology experience with lead background.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
Previous Digital Pathology experience preferred. Demonstrated communication, problem solving, decision making, and leadership skills. Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
License or Certification:
HT/HTL (ASCP) certification required, but will consider other ASCP certifications and combined experience in lieu of HT/HTL ASCP certification
