ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily patient transportation activities and resources.
- Delegate and assign work commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience, and assure the work is performed appropriately. Assist with the interviewing, hiring, orientation, and evaluation of the support staff.
- Monitor workflow and work volume continuously and adjust worker's job tasks as necessary to ensure daily work completion.
- Identify and implement systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes. Organize and coordinate projects and events.
- Serve as an educational resource for support staff.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
