Job DescriptionThe Supervisor of Content closely with strategy and investment teams to ideate, develop and execute campaigns for our clients across platforms. Focused on media partnerships, production partner integrations as well as influencer marketing, the Supervisor is experienced in content and has ample knowledge across media disciplines. Reports to Director and supported by the Negotiator/Planner and Associate Negotiator/Planner.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reports to Director with direct reports including Associate Negotiator/Planner
- Partner with client team to create and execute customized integrated marketing solutions, driving ROI for the brands based on their specific objectives. Utilize consumer insights from these teams to support development of the creative “hook” for each initiative, bringing a unique perspective to the marketplace to build off of – “don’t buy what’s for sale”, “create what’s not yet available”
- Work in partnership with content and client teams to support development of content strategy driving creativity, ideation, and innovation that leads to ownable consumer engagement opportunities.
- Clear understanding of the content landscape and digital/social/video/influencer content application from a brand communication, publisher and activation perspective.
- Collaborate with content creators - networks, producers, digital, influencers and social publishers to create, identify, customize and execute opportunities that deliver on specific client goals across disciplines.
- Manage all project execution, including integrated sponsorships and content creation across linear, digital, social, influencer, event, and emerging and interactive platforms.
- Collaborate in negotiation strategies by building strong relationships with content publishers and producers
- Drive the creative and production process with a clear understanding of all aspects of content marketing and production, helping to deliver efficient best in class programs.
- Understand the content landscape and adopt new media trends from a publisher, producers, audience and category perspective if relevant to clients’ objectives and able to deliver quantifiable ROI.
- Understanding of available content marketing metrics and marketplace trends, specifically inclusive of influencer
- Marketplace facing – build relationships and understand landscape across content partners
- Participate in and contribute to the Zenith Content Practice central team
Client Management
- Build, maintain and grow client relationships, in support of the team
- Contribute to client presentations and lead management of deliverables and communications primarily as it pertains to content
- Understand and articulate client category expertise and knowledge of the competitive landscape as it relates to content
- Leverage strong project management skills and team player mind set to collaborate with partner agencies
Team Management
- Supervise, direct and review the development and implementation of content campaigns by negotiators/planners & assistants
- Assist in developing the team into highly respected and trusted professionals by helping to grow their skill-sets and thought-processes through mentorship, evaluation and training
- Knowledge-sharing with all team members to guarantee that agency solutions, tools, best practices and processes are used and applied for the brands they manage
Qualifications
- Must have experience in integrated marketing, content strategy and execution. Creative production background a plus.
- 2-3 years content marketing/content experience
- Knowledge of content strategy, brand marketing, production and programming processes across all platforms
- Strong understanding of content marketing and media metrics. Familiarity with affiliate is a plus
- Creative thinker with strength and background in digital and social content marketing – knowledge and experience in Influencer marketing is a plus
- Strong project management skills including organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to pivot, self-direct and move projects forward in an independent and focused approach
- Strong client service skills, flexibility, team player – client focused service mentality
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a focused team of professionals
- Ability to collaborate and lead meetings with a variety of partners (clients, publishers, internal departments)
- Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills – storytelling is key
- Strong knowledge of Powerpoint, EXCEL, WORD. Familiarity with NetBase/social listening tools, Google Ad Words/Trends, mediatools/Prisma is a plus
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, advertising or related field

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $100,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
