Supervisor – Commercial Truck Upfit

W.A. Jones is a market leader in the work truck equipment industry providing customers with the highest quality products and service. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven leader with mechanical aptitude and supervisory experience in automotive / truck equipment industry.

A successful candidate has a passion for working in a Truck Upfit environment, enjoys solving problems, values their team and sets them up for success, understands the mechanics of and finds joy in working on trucks, and passionately serves customers. A typical day in this role may include the following:

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of 7-10 mechanics in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Championing safe work practices.
• Ensures high quality standards are upheld.
• Effective communication by providing direction, assigning jobs, and supporting execution of the shop schedule.
• Technical troubleshooting of an upfit
• Proficient use of MRP/ERP

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
