(PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Full-Time Supervisor for Commercial Custodial Business in the Quad Cities Area position in the Quad Cities, IA & IL. Traveling to BOTH IA & IL job sites.

Must have previous Supervisor experience.

• Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Employer will do a background check.
• EOE
• Position M-F with possible weekends.
• Starting Time 4:30pm-? Up to 8 hours
• Each Night & Location varies
• Up to 40 hours per week.
• $16.00 per hour
• Monthly Fuel allotment based on area and number of accounts assigned to Supervisor.

Duties:

• Supervises multiple cleaning crews at different locations.
• Lead Effectively & Efficiently.
• Maintain Budget & Building Criteria.
• Team Oriented w/ Area Supervisors, Operations Manager, Customer Concierge & other key Team Members.
• Enforce Policies, Conduct, and Disciplinary Actions.
• Inspections
• Equipment & Supply Maintenance
• Document Reports
