We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Centralized Scheduling to join our dynamic team at Burrell. In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our Centralized Scheduling team while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

***Key responsibilities***
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of centralized schedulers to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate and efficient scheduling practices, including timecard management and adherence to established policies and procedures
- Collaborate with department leaders and team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement creative solutions that promote efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to provide feedback, address concerns, and foster open communication
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills, promoting career advancement and personal growth
- RepresentCentralized Scheduling in various meetings and committees, advocating for the team's interests and contributing to organizational goals
- Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to measure team progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and respect within the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
***Qualifications***
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Centralized Scheduling or a related area
- Proven track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and Joint Commission, is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
