Montes Medical Group's WHITTIER LOCATION is seeking telephone support representatives to provide general customer service and to assist in scheduling appointments for their medical care. Some common topics that patients call about include

• Office information: location, hours, directions and info about employed doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, etc.,
• Check on referral status and request referral modifications,
• Check on lab results, DI results, and other test results,
• Medication refill requests and to request a change of medication,
• Medical concerns or symptoms,
• Assistance in insurance enrollment,
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.

The candidate should have experience working in a primary care medical office, experience in managing phone lines and offering support by phone, and must be bilingual (English / Spanish).

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
