Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring efficient and effective workflow. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance or maintenance management is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Japanese or Spanish is a bonus
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is an advantage
