Job Description
Qualifications: Regular Work Hours: 7:00 to 4:00 PM
Accountable to: Project Manager & Operations
Accountable for: Subcontractors, Carpenters & Laborers
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Managing, scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare overall job schedules and 3 week look ahead schedules and be able to meet or exceed those schedules.
- Actively seek new ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Produce work in the time frames set forth by owners and project managers.
- Use diplomacy and tact when dealing with owners, architects and engineers.
- Solve challenges and onsite issues with help from design team.
- Complete carpentry when needed.
- Follow all local, state and OSHA safety rules and regulations mandated.
- Follow all procedures set forth by HCI handbook.
- Able to communicate with owners and architects.
Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills; proficient in reading and understanding drawings and specifications
Proven past experience; supervising & leadership skills; good computer skills
