Job Title: Superintendent (100% Nation wide travel )

Salary Range: $70,000-$95,000/year
Role and Responsibilities
Management of Construction Projects as assigned with the following duties:
• Clearly communicate daily goals and progress both in written and verbal form.
• Perform daily safety meetings and oversee all safety programs on assigned job site.
• Attend and participate in all construction meetings, planning and coordination meetings, BIM meetings, and other meetings with clients, GCs, and subcontractors/consultants as assigned.
• Execute all Construction & Fabrication processes for proper installation of all equipment, systems, and materials according to the contract documents provided and in compliance with company policy and procedure.
• Coordinate Operational & Logistics details to meet the project schedule; participate in long lead planning, and manage site materials to meet planned tasks in detail level between 2-6 weeks ahead of activities.
• Lead pull planning activities in coordination with General Contractor and other trade partners on project team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and housing of all crew level installers on-site as required by project
• Manage staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and evaluation to both staff and leadership.
• Manage Quality Assurance program as assigned including daily logs of work performed and all record drawings coordination.
• Provide skills and safety training to crew members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 5+ years of Construction Team Experience
- 1+ year of LSS/water filtration design and fabrication experience
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in a related field
- Skills required: Read & understand blueprints, Total Robotic Station and/or Survey capable, time management, Talent management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, budget management, plumbing, capable with general hand and shop tools common to such projects
- Ability to sit, bend, lift up to 40 lbs independently
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Plumbing, Piping or Underground water filtration system experience
Skills Preferred: Design abilities in digital format, Revit, facilities management, welding, glass/acrylic handling, basic animal husbandry, aquatic exhibit eco-system management, basic lab skills/water testing.
