Who Are We Looking For?
Superfeet is looking for an influential Project Manager II with a strong technical aptitude to join our enterprise Project Management team, reporting to our Director of Project Management. This role plays an integral part in Superfeet’s success. It will lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on a wide range of strategic business initiatives including new technology & systems implementations, e-commerce solution development, and business process improvements.

- Align project objectives with company goals
- Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver results on strategic business initiatives, often working with Business Unit Managers and members of Superfeet’s Executive Leadership Team.
- Create project documentation such as project charter, scope, product requirements, customer journey, identification of deliverables & tasks, risk & issue log.
- Analyze project needs to establish project teams, provide stakeholder analysis, and create the communication strategy.
- Foster partnerships with project sponsors, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Create and manage project schedules: including tasks, resources, work hours, due dates, predecessors, and baseline.
- Anticipate and manage project change requests and change control processes.
- Lead project meetings to ensure communication of project status, risk management plan, and issue resolution.
- Create and manage project dashboards suitable for reporting to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Track project financials and report on project ROI and benefit realization.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for software and processes used in project management. Provide training to team members as needed, and drive adoption of systems and processes.
- Collaborate with other members of the PMO Team.
- Fulfill PMO Support Requests as needed.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Needed:
- Proven ability to drive organizational impact while working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Ability to lead and manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of resources, including members of the Executive Leadership Team and Business Unit Managers, cross-functional team members, and external partners.
- Ability to guide team members through task prioritization.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Visio
- Advanced proficiency in project management software with complex scheduling capabilities, such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Project
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, with a history of successful project delivery. Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology & systems implementations, e-commerce solution development, and/or business process improvements.
- Strong technical aptitude
- Knowledge of and experience with formal project management methodology and processes.
Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000/year (DOE)
Location: Hybrid role, based in Whatcom County
