Super for Apartment Building in East Orange (free apartment)

We are a small professional property management company with approximately 20 of experience in East Orange. We are like family. Our supers retire, they don't quit!

You will be working with a property manager.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Super in a large Apartment Building inEast Orange, NJ . This position offers a free apartment as part of the compensation package. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sbeing a super.

You can earn additional money by renovating vacant apartments.

Your responsibilities include all repairs in the common areas as well as in the apartments, and ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms and enforcing building rules and regulations to ensure a safe and peaceful living environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a full time super is absolutely necessary.

We have a strong team of supers in neighboring buildings that can assist you if needed.

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including this Super role. The free apartment provided is an additional benefit.
